WELCOME TO CT REWARDS
CT REWARDS
A FREE program for all Central Tavern members, which allows you to accumulate REWARDS POINTS & STATUS CREDITS when utilising your membership card.
REWARD POINTS
Points that are earned by playing gaming machines, swiping your card at the entry kiosk, or purchasing food or beverage. These are redeemable for cash or food or beverage. I point = 1¢ (eg: 1000 points = $10). A balance of your current REWARDS
POINTS can be viewed on the entry kiosk or at any gaming machine whilst your card is inserted
STATUS CREDITS
Credits that are only for the purpose of defining the tier level & are not redeemable for cash. Each level is determined on the STATUS CREDITS accumulated during a rolling 6 month period (eg: On 1st July your Status Credits earned in December will be deleted). A balance of your current STATUS CREDITS can be viewed on the entry kiosk or at any gaming machine whilst your card is inserted.

CT REWARDS T'S & C'S
- One card per person only
- Members must be at least 18 years of age
- Photo ID is required on application
- Any benefit gained cannot be transferred to another person or member
- Any points or food & beverage redemption must be made in person by the member. Rewards card must be presented & photo ID can be requested
- Rewards points are accumulated differently for each level in the program. The higher the level, the greater accumulation rate of points
- To accumulate points whilst playing gaming machines, you must have your card inserted properly.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your card is inserted correctly It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their card & account PIN are secure
- A card with no activity or not used in 12 months will result in cancellation of the card
- Any rewards points not used within 12 months will be deleted
- Food & Beverage credits are valid for month of issue only Food & Beverage credits can not be redeemed for cash Food & Beverage credits can only be used for on-premise products only (no take-away)
- Management accepts no responsibility for lost points due to lost card
- Management reserves the right to adjust any points gained or lost as a result of a system malfunction, operator error, system error, fraud & other reasons beyond our control Management will resolve any dispute at it’s own discretion. All points are non-transferrable
- Members offers will be sent by SMS & email only
- The CT Rewards program or terms and conditions may be altered or revised at any time without prior notice from management or Maxgaming
- The information you provide us on your application is covered in our Privacy Policy. A copy is available upon request
- The use of your membership card is considered an acceptance of these terms and conditions
